Are you 60 or older?
Are you under 16?
Are you 16–18 and in full-time education?
Are you pregnant, or did you have a baby in the last 12 months?
Do you have a medical exemption certificate?
Covers: diabetes, epilepsy, hypothyroidism, hypoparathyroidism, Addison's disease, cancer treatment, permanent fistula, myasthenia gravis.
Are you receiving certain means-tested benefits?
Covers: Universal Credit, income-based JSA/ESA, Pension Credit, NHS Low Income Scheme (HC2/HC3 certificate).
