Book your clinical review

Our pharmacist independent prescriber conducts a short clinical review before issuing your private prescription. This ensures the medication is appropriate, safe, and at the right dose for you.

We're not yet accepting bookings

We're finalising our clinical systems and pharmacy registration. Join the waitlist to be first when we launch — we'll email you as soon as booking opens.

No spam. We'll only email you about our launch.

What happens in a clinical review?

1

15-minute phone or video call

Your review takes about 15 minutes by phone or video call, at a time that suits you.

2

Medication and medical history review

Our pharmacist independent prescriber reviews your current medications, relevant medical history, and any recent test results you can share.

3

Private prescription issued

If appropriate, the prescriber issues a private prescription for the medications we can cover. There's no obligation.

4

Dispensed and posted to you

Your medication is dispensed at our registered pharmacy and posted to your door. We send a summary letter to your GP.

5

Ongoing supply

Your prescription covers 12 months of supply. We'll contact you ahead of expiry to arrange a repeat review.

What to have ready for your review

  • A list of all your current medications and doses
  • Any relevant recent test results (e.g. blood pressure readings, cholesterol results)
  • Your GP practice name and address (so we can send a summary letter)
  • Your NHS number (helpful but not essential)

PIPs undergo additional postgraduate training beyond the standard pharmacist qualification. They are bound by the same professional standards and duty of care as any other prescriber in the UK.
